You may or may not have noticed some changes to the website recently but we’ve been updating our information and design (many thanks again to FMAUK trustee Simon Stones for all his help!)
I’m in the process of updating the Resources page to include helpful information and links to useful websites. Some things on there so far include sleep and chronic pain, sex and chronic pain, pregnancy and Fibromyalgia, Mindfulness, Benefits help and more. I will be continuing to update this section of the website to include more categories such as: pain management techniques, ongoing research information, how to stay safe online and avoid fake news (which is rife in the chronic illness community), men and Fibromyalgia and more.
