Artists who create awareness for mental health illnesses and promote self care

Hi gang! I thought I would do a little post on artists who use their platform to discuss topics like mental health and self care. Self care is so, so important. It’s not selfish to put yourself first and concentrate on what your body and mind need from you. It’s also important to remember that self-care isn’t all bubble baths and chocolates (although it can be!), self-care can be things like opening bills/letters that are Read more about Artists who create awareness for mental health illnesses and promote self care[…]

Merry Calmness!

It’s officially December! December can be a magical time of year, a time of giving and receiving gifts, spending time with your loved ones, and getting cosy with fairy lights twinkling and the heating to combat those dark nights! With December only a day away I thought it would be nice to see what people are asking for this Christmas to see if it might give people some ideas for stocking fillers! Well, well, well… aren’t we a cold bunch! Although, it doesn’t surprise me since we usually have trouble regulating our body’s temperature! Read more about Chronic Illness Christmas List[…]

NHAP is a Read more about Members have donated knitted clothing for local premature babies (NHAP)[…]

Our fundraising efforts so far…
