Our previous group meeting was held on the 19th of March and we welcomed along Ron Reynolds who has worked in the holistic field for the past 11 years. Group Meeting (21-08-17) – guest speaker Tracey Middlemiss

At our August group meeting we welcomed along Tracey Middlemiss, who is actually a support group member and has been coming to the support group for a long time now. Tracey lives with Fibromyalgia (amongst other conditions) but is also a qualified fitness instructor and teaches Zumba.
