On Sunday 20th May we are involved in ‘Move’ event in Newcastle hosted by Arthritis Research UK – details to be confirmed.
On Friday 20th April we have a Charity Barrow at the Metro Centre. Please come along.
On Saturday 24th March we have an awareness stand at the Rheumatology conference at the Freeman Hospital. Please come along and visit us.
We would like to thank the Red Lion in Earsdon for use of their room in Earsdon in November last year. They also kindly donated a meal for 2 for our raffle.
The group would like to say a big thank you to Kevin Bryden of Quantrum energy healing. Kevin came at such short notice due to Jen/Paul having to cancel due to a illness in the family . We found him very interesting and he gave free demonstrations to some members. We hope to have him back soon.
We would like to thank the Bond hotel in Blackpool for there hospitality. Angie and her husband got invited for a free night’s stay. They were shown all the facilities they had to offer, and made very welcome. They are a disabled friendly hotel, with very friendly staff.
Paul & Jenny have confirmed they will be coming to our group on Monday 19th March. Paul & Jenny will be talking about reiki, and giving demonstrations to willing members of our group.
Professor Nicki Adams from northumberland university will be attending our group on Monday 16th January. Professor Adams is our first guest of the new year, I am sure she will receive a warm welcome.
