CANCELLED DUE TO SNOW.
Sadly we have had to cancel the charity barrow at the metro center, this was because we did not have enough people to help out.
Our christmas meal on Friday 14th December has been canceled. This is because the pub lost our booking and can’t fit us in. Refunds will be give for the deposits that have been taken.
After receiving funding from the health authority for our art therapy course, we can confirm the following dates/times. All at the Oxford center at 12.15 – 2.15. Thursday 27th September 2012. Thursday 4th October 2012. Thursday 18th October 2012. Friday 26th October 2012. Thursday 8th November 2012. Thursday 22nd November 2012.
On Saturday 21st July we had a tombola stall at the nhs fun day. The weather was great and a lovely day was had by all. We raised £177 from the tombola. And Angie made £19 painting nail art on childrens fingers. A big thank you to Fiona, Simon, Ann, Angie & Clare who made it happen.

On Monday 20th August it is our annual general meeting. All voting forms will be given out at our July meeting. If you would like a voting form please ask Angie, and we will make sure you get one.
We have a guest speaker for our next meeting. Dawnie Browne who is a person centred and gestalt counselor, will be talking about breathe perception.
Please come along to our next meeting on Monday 16th July at the Oxford center, in Longbenton. We hold our meetings the 3rd Monday of the month at 12:30pm. Everyone is welcome.
Come along and join us for the nhs fun day, there will be lots to see and do including tombola & raffles as well as information and awareness. If you would like to get involved and help out, or have anything we could use as prizes please get in touch. Tickets are needed for this event on a first come first served. If you work for the nhs or both newcastle city/ north tyneside council
Dr Saravanan is coming to the oxford center for a one off special. He will be answering numerous questions that our members have put to him. Come along, everyone is welcome. Can you please make sure you get there in time for a 7 pm start.
We would like to say a big thank you to Linden. She ran the 10k run for us ( Newcastle Fibromyalgia Suport Group) She did fantastic and raised both money and awareness.
