The Newcastle Fibromyalgia Support Group is a kind, inclusive, supportive, understanding community where members old and new are able to keep up to date with our meetings, art therapy craft sessions, and coffee & natter meet ups.

The group was founded in 2008 by Angela Campbell, and over the years, it has grown into a wonderful community, which brings awareness and visibility to fibromyalgia.

Unfortuately the group is currently not meeting due to the current Covid-19 pandemic. However we have a vibrant social media community, and we would love you to join us! There is a closed Facebook group for support and advice in a closed setting where you’re surrounded by people who understand what you’re going through. We also have a public Facebook page for keeping up to date with events and news, in addition to Twitter!

Find us on Facebook: Open Facebook community page or Closed Facebook group page and Twitter: Newcastle fibromyalgia Twitter. If you feel it’s a more personal matter, please feel free to email us at newcastlefibro@gmail.com.

We’re always looking for help with our fundraising efforts to help keep the group going. This includes the day to day running of the group, as well as coming up with fundraising ideas and raising money. If you think you would like to help out, please do get in touch.
